The target group are young leaders of youth, of volunteers, executive members of youth organizations. Participants will use methods of informal education and experiential education (workshops, role plays, outdoor activities, ice-breakers, roundtables, etc.). The activities are leaded by experts.

Participants integrate new knowledges, methods and other inspiration to their everyday praxis with youth and volunteers and in activities for environment. The project will be presented to general public by printed materials and by documentary film maked during and finished after the Training course.

Aims of the project is increasing competences, knowledge, skills and attitudes of participants. Participants will be lead to the personal, socio-educational and professional development. The training courses lead to higher quality practice in youth work, in work with volunteers for environment. The training course lead to building new cooperation between youth organizations, which participate the training course.
